Terms & refunds
These terms apply to landing page projects and care plans provided by Tanmay Shrimali. Questions? Email dm@shrimalitanmay.com.
Payments
- Every project has a fixed price agreed before work starts.
- 50% is paid upfront to reserve your slot. The remaining 50% is paid before the page goes live on your domain.
- Payments are accepted by UPI, bank transfer or card. International clients can pay in USD.
Timelines
- Timelines (for example, "live in 3 days") start once the deposit is paid and all content is received.
- Content (logo, photos, text and any logins needed) should arrive within 2 working days. Delays in content move the launch date by the same amount.
- Revision feedback should be sent as one consolidated list per round.
Revisions & extra work
- Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the pricing page.
- Work outside the package (extra pages, extra revision rounds, new features) is quoted at a fixed price before it starts.
Refunds
- Cancel before design work starts: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancel after the first draft is shared: the deposit covers the work completed and is not refunded.
- Once the page is live and final payment is made, the project is considered complete.
Ownership
- Your domain is registered in your name. You own your content, your leads and your data.
- After final payment you may request a copy of the page's code at any time.
Care plans
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance and include hosting, SSL, monitoring and the edit time listed for each plan.
- Unused edit time does not roll over to the next month.
- Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, I'll help you move the page to your own hosting account.
